This tin of Rolled oats with Raspberries provides 18 servings of this freeze-dried breakfast, just add water to rehydrate. You can prepare it straight from the box if you feed a large amount of people or scoop out the serving you need.
That´s 1260 g total of freeze-dried food, that is, 1 portion is equal to 70 g.
This box has a 25-year-long shelf life from the date of manufacture, so you´ll be able to store some for the long term, and not to worry about rotating stock.

- 1. Mix can contents
- 2. Remove 70g of dry mix from the can into a solid container
- 3. Bring to the boil 173ml of water
- 4. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
- 5. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
- 6. Stir, season to taste and serve
- To prepare entire can
- 1. Remove the 3 oxygen absorbers from the can
- 2. Cover the contents of the can with boiling water
- 3. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
- 4. Replace the lid and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
