The cardamom energy bar from Norwegian brand Moonvalley is spicy and ideal for regaining energy before, during or after intensive exercise. For the uninitiated, cardamom is a plant native to Southeast Asia, and its dried fruit is powdered and used in cooking to add flavour to dishes.
Founded in 2018, the Moonvalley brand has its roots in the Nordic countries. Producing organic plant-based bars, 3 founders were inspired to create a brand that provides healthy and nutritious snacks for sportsmen and women with a sweet tooth.
