Grated parmesan cheese, left to mature for 20 months
Gambero Rosso (an Italian food and wine magazine) awarded the ´Bonat Farm´s Parmesan cheese with the highest award in 2012, called "top leader", their cheese has been ranked amongst the 17 best cheeses in Italy. ´Bonat´ cheese is used by the best restaurants of the world.
300 gr of this freeze-dried cheese are made of 440 gr of fresh Parmigiano Reggiano.
