How to prepare Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add 200ml of boiling water, stir the contents and then close the bag and wait a few minutes for the food to re-hydrate (cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer).
