Real-time inventory
The vast majority of the products you will find on our website are in stock (the exact stock is clearly displayed on each product sheet).
We have nearly 30,000 items on our shelves!
The actual quantity in stock is always clearly displayed in real time. If the product you wish to order is not in sufficient quantity or is out of stock, the indicated restocking times will give you a precise idea of when you will be able to obtain the desired quantity. You will also be reminded of these lead times when you check your basket and confirm your order.
Preparation of your parcel the day after your purchase
If all the items in your order are in stock (we indicate the exact stock on each product page), your parcel will normally be dispatched the next working day.
However, purchases made on Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on Monday, and those made on Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Please note that during peak periods, we cannot systematically guarantee delivery on D+1. To guarantee shipment the day after your purchase, and to opt for faster 24-hour delivery, you can use our Chronopost service.

Chronopost Relais: €6.59 to €12.27 excluding VAT depending on delivery address (free for orders over €70) / Delivery time: 2 to 5 days
Colissimo: €8.48 to €14.17 ex VAT depending on delivery address / Delivery time: 3 to 7 days to the address of your choice
Worldwide
Postage costs to be calculated on request (excluding VAT, customs duties and customs clearance costs payable by the recipient) / Request for quotation to be clicked on after validating your basket (reply within 24 to 48 hours).

France
For urgent deliveries, choose Chronopost delivery. If you order before 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday), your order will be prepared the same day, dispatched the same day and delivered the following day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your Chronopost order will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Orders are dispatched Monday or Friday.
No shipments on Saturday or Sunday.

For deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated according to weight, volume, country and delivery time.
Following your delivery request, we will send you a complete quote including the shipping costs corresponding to your situation within 24 to 48 working hours. You can then confirm or reject your quote directly online.
