Description
This recipe consists of 100% natural ingredients suitable for sport. We find the banana, the fruit of the sportsman par excellence, renowned for its richness in carbohydrates and potassium. The energy compote also includes kiwi, an important source of antioxidants and vitamins C. These two fruits are associated with olive oil for good lipids and vanilla for its sweetness.
It is the result of a recipe devised by a 2-star chef, Yoann Contre, and a nutrition expert, Benoit Nave.
The energy purées are suitable for intense efforts (ultra-trail, marathon, cycling, etc.) as well as longer-lasting activities such as hiking. They have a moderate glycemic index and offer great digestion comfort.
