This is a delicious freeze-dried recipe of Chicken Korma by ´Expedition Foods´, a British brand providing high energy products.
An outdoor meal for athletes with close to 800 Kcal in energy intake for close to 180 g in weight.
The freeze-dried pouch allows you to eat straight out of the bag, it will fit easily in your backpack, will be handy for your marathons, for food self-sufficiency for example.

How to prepare Remove the Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to just above line, stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate. REMARKS: Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
