This meal of Chicken Kebab is a complete freeze-dried meal which have been cooked in Norway. This recipe of 163 g is light and also packaged in vacuum pouch to put it easily in your rucksack.

Ingredients Rice, kebab meat (chicken (82%), seasoning, stabilizer (E450, E451), dextrose, potato fibre, salt, antioxidant (E301, rosemary flavouring)) (22%), onion, bell pepper, tomato paste, baby corn , sour cream (milk), leek (3,6%), rapeseed oil, corn starch, meat bouillon, seasoning, sugar, garlic, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
Advice Store at room temperature. The sachet, once opened, should be treated as a fresh product. It should be consumed within 2 hours of adding water. - The bag must be very hard. Do not consume it if the sachet does not appear to be vacuum-packed and its contents can be shaken.

How to prepare Add hot water until the water level (roughly 357 ml) and stir well. Close the zipper pouch and wait 8 minutes. You can then enjoy the meal.
