Description
Chicken and rice curry is a recipe inspired by Réunion cuisine. It includes chicken and rice of course, all accompanied by small vegetables and a curry sauce. A perfect meal to re-boost yourself on a day of hiking or during an ocean race, this complete freeze-dried dish consists of meat, starch and vegetables.
It has everything you need to replenish your energy: lipids while being low in saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates while being limited in sugar and protein (25 g per serving). The whole lot will bring you 635 kcal. By supplementing with dried fruits or a freeze-dried dessert, you will easily reach 1000 kcal.
