This recipe from the Southwest was in fact cooked in Brittany. The Peny company cooks and packages these sterilised dishes in boxes approved by the French Army.
Stackable, each 300g box may be kept for 4 years, which is a plus when storing at home. It is also more practical for cooking with its wide base, which allows even warming, but also during eating. Enjoy your meal!
