Description
This breakfast consists of oats, blueberries, light pieces of apple and a little sweet and vanilla note. This results in a muesli that is both rich in taste and nutrients. It will bring you more than 400 kcal and a balanced distribution between proteins, carbohydrates and lipids. Ideal for a good start to the day!
Regarding its preparation, nothing could be simpler! Rehydrate with hot or cold water, according to your preferences and what you have available. A water line lets you know how far to fill. Close the bag and wait 3 to 8 minutes. Open it again, taste, add more water if you think it is necessary, and enjoy. Eating well during an outdoor activity has never been so easy.

- 1. Open at upper tear mark. Add water (0-100°C) according to fill line.
- 2. Make sure to stir well. Close the zip-lock and leave to rest for 3 min.
- 3. Adjust with water to your preference. Rip open the pouch at lower tear mark.
