Big Agnes Rapide SL Insulated inflatable pad

The Rapide SL Insulated is an inflatable sleeping pad with great features, whether it be weight, insulation or comfort. Big Agnes has not compromised and offers a versatile equipment that will accompany you for all your outdoor activities (trekking, mountaineering, bikepacking...), whatever the season.

As far as insulation is concerned, the Big Agnes Rapide SL sleeping pad has an R-Value of 4.2 (indicator measuring thermal resistance). This means that you can use it all year round and sleep on the ground without the risk of getting cold. It is suitable for both summer and winter activities, except for high mountain activities where a sleeping pad with a higher R-Value is required.

In terms of comfort, the Rapide SL Insulated sleeping pad is 9 cm thick, making it one of the thickest on the market. The outer air chambers are even up to 11 cm thick, ensuring that the mattress stays in the centre when you sleep. And the quiet materials won't wake you up in the night.

This insulation and comfort has not been achieved at the expense of weight. The Regular model (183 cm long, 51 cm wide) weighs only 539 g. It comes with a pump bag for easy inflation and a repair kit in case of problems in the field.
