This beef salad with its rice and quinoa is accompanied by its flameless heater, which which allows you to heat your dish without fire or stove. All you have to do is add 50 ml of water to activate the heating system, and you’re done!

- 1. Tear off the flameless heater at the dotted line at the top of the bag. Place your dish in a bag without opening it in the heater.
- 2. Add water (not included with the heater) up to the mark on the heater (50 ml)
- 3. Fold up the heater and close with the self-adhesive label. Place the warmer with the reagent side down on a flat surface.
- 4. After 10-12 minutes, the meal is hot and ready to eat. - Be careful, as the contents are hot.
