Tested and validated by the French skipper Jérémie Beyou, this recipe with beef mixed with pesto, tomato, basil and wheat has been designed to suit intense outdoor activities. With its high energy and protein content, discover the world aboard a sailboat or in the middle of the mountains while recharging your energy.
Thanks to its self-heating system which is included with this dish, you no longer need to bring a stove or light a fire! All you have to do is add 50 ml of water to activate the heating system, wait a few moments, then enjoy your meal directly from the bag. It’s hard to beat the ease of its preparation!

- 1. Tear off the flameless heater at the dotted line at the top of the bag. Place your dish in a bag without opening it in the heater.
- 2. Add water (not included with the heater) up to the mark on the heater (50 ml)
- 3. Fold up the heater and close with the self-adhesive label. Place the warmer with the reagent side down on a flat surface.
- 4. After 10-12 minutes, the meal is hot and ready to eat. - Be careful, as the contents are hot.
