This beef parmentier recipe has a long shelf life, and is perfectly suited to intense outdoor activities.
With the self-heating unit provided with it, you will gain considerably in self-sufficiency as you do not need a stove or a fire, but only 50 ml of water (not included) to pour in order to activate the heating system. That’s why it’s the ideal kind of meal to take with you during your days at sea, or your stays in the mountains, for example.

- 1. Tear off the flameless heater at the dotted line at the top of the bag. Place your dish in a bag without opening it in the heater.
- 2. Add water (not included with the heater) up to the mark on the heater (50 ml)
- 3. Fold up the heater and close with the self-adhesive label. Place the warmer with the reagent side down on a flat surface.
- 4. After 10-12 minutes, the meal is hot and ready to eat. - Be careful, as the contents are hot.
