This pouch contains a freeze-dried Beef and Potato Hotpot recipe, prepared with vegetables (onions, lentils, swede, carrots ...), potatoes and minced beef. This meal is made by Expedition Foods, a British brand that cooks up high energy, freeze-dried meals, available in three sizes, regular 450 kcal, large 800 kcal, and double 1000 kcal.
