This box of 14 fruity or savoury vegetable recipes is perfect for your outdoor adventures. It consists of 11 bars and 3 compotes to consume before, during or after exercise. Prepared by the French brand Baouw, their products are healthy and perfectly suited for athletes.
Baouw bars and compotes are: gluten-free, lactose-free, free from added sugar, vegan, organic and 100% natural. Each recipe is developed by a nutritionist and a 2 Michelin star chef. This makes it possible to combine flavour and nutrition. They took into account the diets of people with intolerances, and also thought of diabetics (no added sugar).
Each snack will provide you with calories, carbohydrates, fibre, protein and good fats, necessary for the proper functioning of the body.
