Authentic Energy Gel Fluide has been designed to provide a fast and long-lasting source of energy during your training and competitions. Its role is to reduce fatigue thanks to its intake of antioxidants and to minimise the breakdown of glycogen stores - and therefore reduce the breakdown of active muscles during exercise - thanks to minerals, BCAAs and carbohydrates.
Its composition has been highlighted by Nicolas Aubineau, sports dietitian-nutritionist and partner of Freezedried & Co, in his comparison of energy gels. Authentic Nutrition's energy gel received the best 'Quality' score (17/20). This gel's special feature is its packaging. No more single gels, make way for environmentally-responsible bottles. To consume it, simply pour the desired quantity into a vial. One of the advantages of the vial is that it is resealable. You will not be required to finish your gel unlike when using conventional packaging.
One bottle contains 300 ml, which is about 12 servings of 25 ml. The French brand recommends consuming one portion every 30 to 45 minutes followed by a sip of water. This can be supplemented with an energy drink.
