70% of people sleep on their side. However, most hiking sleeping bags are not designed for this position. NEMO Equipment then created the Disco Women’s 30 sleeping bag. Wider at the knees and elbows, it has been specially designed for side sleepers. Gone are the nights when you have the uncomfortable feeling of being squeezed when you turn on your side.

Beyond this practicality, the Disco hiking sleeping bag has all the features of a good sleeping bag. To begin with, a pocket at the head level allows you to insert clothes, for example, to make a pillow. The starting point for a good night’s sleep without the risk of neck pain the next day. Then, the patented Thermo Gills™ feature allows you to regulate the temperature overnight by evacuating heat without allowing drafts to pass through.

The Disco Women’s 30 sleeping bag is also equipped with the Blanket Fold™ feature. Located at the feet, this part of the hiking sleeping bag is waterproof and breathable.

In addition, this premium 650 FP down is hydrophobic, and it resists condensation from tents. NEMO’s Disco Women’s 30 is designed without PFC, a carcinogenic substance often found in treatments to make a fabric waterproof. In short, everything has been thought of to have a good night’s sleep and be in good shape for the rest of your expedition the next day, whether it is a mountain hike, bikepacking or even in a bivouac.

The little extra: NEMO women’s sleeping bags have a zipper on the right. They can therefore be connected with men’s sleeping bags with the zipper on the left.
