Description
Teriyaki beef with Chinese noodles is a canned meal of 350g. Developed in collaboration with a nutritionist, this dish contains 550 kcal, while remaining balanced and filling. The Charal Sport teams also wanted it to be rich in flavour, because both nutrient intake and taste are key for maintaining both physical and mental strength. This recipe has also been tested and approved by Jérémie Beyou, professional skipper for Charal Sailing Team.
