This Tabbouleh Salad is prepared by the French brand Mx3 Aventure, producing freeze-dried breakfasts, main dishes and desserts. Serve this recipe as a starter dish or as a main dish with a dessert for example.
Add cold water to rehydrate the tabbouleh salad, which is made of semolina, vegetables and seasonings, it´s a great recipe to enjoy when hiking in hot weather or even after one of the self-sufficient stage races in the Sahara desert (Marathon des Sables).
