To start, fully extend the feet and supports of the pot. Then unfold the stove legs onto a flat, fire-safe surface

For alcohol:
1. To fill, carefully pour alcohol into the centre hole, until it is full (44ml)
2. Light the small pool of alcohol in the centre of the stove. Place cup on top.
3. Once ignited, the flames will come out of the holes in full cooking mode
4. Burn until there are no flames or extinguish them by blowing on or smothering them. Let the stove cool.
5. To collect unused fuel, turn the stove upside down to allow excess alcohol to drip into the extended-stand fuel bottle.

For combustible tablets or gels:
1. Turn the stove over and anchor it to the ground as described above.
2. Then place a fuel pellet or gel in the intended area, ignite the fuel and cook.
3. Burn the fuel completely or extinguish it by blowing on or choking it. Let the stove cool.
4. Return unburned fuel to the container.
