This breakfast meal with a significant 800 Kcal energy intake weighs merely 193 g before rehydration. This re-hydrating meal made of dried fruit comes in a compact bag that easily fits into your backpack.
To rehydrate, add boiling water, cover for 7 minutes, and enjoy your breakfast that now weighs 600 g. It provides a balanced intake of carbohydrates, fat and protein to your body.

I love Tentmeals’ breakfasts! They have so much nutrition and good, whole ingredients. I get enough lasting energy from this when I’m backpacking, which can be hard to find in breakfast foods. The cashews and gojis are a great flavor combo and this rehydrates so quickly I think I would try it cold on hot mornings too. Fantastic :)
