With an energy intake of 500 Kcal, this dehydrated breakfast meal is made of oats, cashew nuts and goji berries. This vegan meal comes in a small bag fitting in the palm of your hand. Easy to prepare, simply pour pouch contents into your bowl or deep plate and add hot water, 250-300 ml.
This breakfast weighs 124 g before rehydration, and provides your body with well-balanced protein, carbohydrate and fat intakes.
