How to prepare
  • Pouch method :
  • 1. Open pouch and remove oxygen eater sachet
  • 2. Pour boiling water into pouch up to correct fill level (7)
  • 3. Stir well, seal and let sit for 15 minutes
  • Pan method :
  • 1. Open pouch and remove oxygen eater sachet
  • 2. Tip dry food into pan
  • 3. Pour cold water into pouch up to correct fill level (6)
  • 4. Pour into same pan, stir and bring to the boil
  • 5. Turn off heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes
