This dessert, made by the ´Fuel Your Preparation´ range, is packaged in a tin that can be stored for up to 25 years. ´Fuel Your Preparation´ is a British brand that creates freeze-dried meals and staple foods so you can prepare your food storage in case of a disaster.
In total you have 15 servings of Chocolate Mousse with Granola and Cherries to share with your family or a group of people.
To prepare this dessert, you can rehydrate the whole contents straight in the tin, or scoop out the servings you need by mixing them with the quantity of water required.

Advice It is necessary to store Fuel Your Preparation products properly to ensure maximum shelf life. Store the product in a cool area, avoid long-term storage above 22°C, and be careful not to puncture the cans. Under these conditions Fuel Your Preparation meals will maintain its shelf life for product quality, flavour and nutritional value. Once open, contents should be used immediately.
However, product resealed using the plastic lid has been found to be acceptable up to one week after opening. This package is sold by weight, not volume. Some settling may have occurred due to shipping, handling or variations in the product density.

How to prepare
  • To prepare a single serving
  • 1. Mix can contents
  • 2. Remove 70g of dry mix from the can into a solid container
  • 3. Bring to the boil 100ml of water
  • 4. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
  • 5. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
  • 6. Stir, season to taste and serve
  • To prepare entire can
  • 1. Remove the 3 oxygen absorbers from the can
  • 2. Cover the contents of the can with boiling water
  • 3. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
  • 4. Replace the lid and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
  • 5. Stir, season to taste and serve
