The raspberry-flavored Organic Tonic Cake is an energy cake for baking to consume 1h30 before the effort. This energy cake being gluten free, lactose free, is easily digestible and meets athletes´ needs.
´MelTonic´ cake can be used for breakfast or consumed as a meal. Made from healthy and natural ingredients including raspberries, honey, organic royal jelly.

How to prepare Convenient and quick to prepare in 5 minutes: - - 1. Place the contents of the sachet in a salad bowl - 2. Add 300ml of water and mix - 3. Pour the preparation into a mould - 4. Bake in a conventional oven for 30 minutes at 200°C. - - When cooked, insert a knife into the middle of the cake. It must come out dry for it to be fully cooked. If not the case, carry on cooking for a few more minutes.
