Pasta Provence are cooked and freeze-dried. It is a meal of 147g to rehydrate for one person that will bring you 700 Kcal.
This lactose-free meal can also be find in the famous Artic Field Rations used by different armies.

Advice Store at room temperature. The sachet, once opened, should be treated as a fresh product. It should be consumed within 2 hours of adding water. - The bag must be very hard. Do not consume it if the sachet does not appear to be vacuum-packed and its contents can be shaken.

How to prepare Add hot water until the water level (roughly 333ml) and stir well. Close the zipper pouch and wait 8 minutes. You can then enjoy the meal.
