How to prepare Remove the oxygen absorber* (Pouch) from inside the pouch. Add 200ml hot water. Stir the contents and then close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate (cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer).
