How to prepare Remove the Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to just above line, stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate. REMARKS: Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
