Spaghetti Bolognese from Expedition Foods, English brand which produces also freeze-dried meals with a very interesting calories/weight ration, allow to have less weight in your rucksack.
It is only 90 g for 450 Kcal. There is also a version of this meal with 800 Kcal for 160 g of food.

How to prepare Remove the oxygen absorber (sachet) from inside the pouch. Add 250ml of boiling water, stir the contents, and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate (cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer).
