The banana-flavored Energize bar is an energy snack for successful training and running, cycling or even sailing races. It will fuel your energy level by providing carbohydrates in the form of glucose-fructose mix.
This bar by ´Powerbar´ contains sodium to help replace the amount lost in sweat.
