Description

This Burgundy Beef stew with potatoes is a meal packed in a one-serving pouch.
This is cooked the traditional way by one of our local Caterers from Brittany. This vacuum sterilized meal will supply a high source of energy, about 600 Kcal the pouch. This recipe is prepared with lardons, carrots, mushrooms, onions and red wine.

- Perfect to eat at the office, if you don´t have time to get something to eat, or on your sailboat -just reheat in double boiler
- 400 g of food to store easy at room temperature
- This pouch takes less space than a can, easy to carry for outdoor activities.

How to prepare
  • > In a bain-marie, you can put directly the bag in the boiling water, during 10 minutes
  • > In the microwaves, you can pour the contents into a plate adapted to the microwaves and heat it 3 minutes
  • > In a pot or pan, pour the contents of the bag directly into this type of ustensil
