Idea of a detox drink
1 tbsp ´LYOFOOD´ nettle powder, 1 tbsp ´LYOFOOD´ spinach powder, 1 tbsp ´LYOFOOD´ kale powder, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 apple, 250 ml natural yogurt, 125 ml water, 2 slices of fresh pineapple.
