To start off your day, why not prepare this blueberry and Cardamom Porridge ?
Ready ? You´ll need : 2 tbsp ´LYOFOOD´ blueberry powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 2 handfuls of porridge oats, 300 ml hot water. To prepare, mix the oats and (cardamom and blueberry) powders together in a bowl, then pour hot water onto the mix. Wait for 5-10 minutes so that your Porridge is left to rest :-). Add your chosen extras.
