How to prepare Open the pouch, remove the absorbent bag. Add boiled water, stir well, close the zip and wait for 10 minutes. You can eat in the bag.

This had very good flavor, but the meat just wouldn’t rehydrate— even 30 minutes after pouring the water there were still chunks that were too large to hydrate. The strange crunchy texture was a bit disturbing. Suggest breaking up the large meat bits before pouring the water (afterwards it was messy and I was worried about puncturing the bag).
