Description

This Garbure has been prepared with only natural ingredients: white beans, onions, carrots, potatoes, green cabage, turnips, leeks, Bayonne diced ham... and the "icing on the cake" for duck fans: manchons of duck !

It is a generous recipe which has been sterilised in pouch. It can be preserved until 3 years after production. Useful in the evening when we do not know what to eat.

- Easy to heat: the meal can be put in a pan or a dish adapted to the microwave. The pouch can also be in a bain-marie.

How to prepare
  • > In a bain-marie, you can put directly the bag in the boiling water, during 10 minutes
  • > In the microwaves, you can pour the contents into a plate adapted to the microwaves and heat it 3 minutes
  • > In a pot or pan, pour the contents of the bag directly into this type of ustensil
