Description
This is a traditional recipe of Cassoulet with its pork ribs and rind, manchon of duck and its Toulouse sausage. This complete ready-made meal has been prepared by our chief from the South of France (Gers). This cassoulet in bag has been sterilised so that you can store it in a cool and dry place until 3 years after production date. A ready-made meal to prepare in a bain-marie or in a microwave in an adapted dish. The recipe is generous and can be adapted for two persons.
