Description

This meal in vacuum bag from Indian inspiration is prepared by Voyage Gourmand, craftsman who cooks meats in sauce.

This is a recipe which mix braised lamb shoulder, coconut milk, turmeric and spices.

Meat under vacuum to match with the side dish of your choice (with rice, it's nearly the perfection !). Perfect for people who enjoy to eat on their sailing boat, or in the evening when we do not have the time to cook.

You just need to heat the bag in a bain-marie, in a self-heating system with a flameless heater or in a Barocook system (if you are on the sea).

At home o in your camper van, you can also pour the contents in a plate adapted to the microwave, or in a pan.
