This breakfast of 70 g before rehydration is a freeze-dried recipe combining milk, oats and raspberries. It´s a complete meal for 1 person, it has a 7-year shelf life from the date of manufacture, enough to stockpile in case of an emergency or disaster situation.

Description
This breakfast of the ´Fuel Your Preparation´ range is intended for food stockpiling to help you be ready in case of a natural disaster, a survival situation ... A serving of 70 g will be ideal for a single-serve breakfast. After rehydration, that´s almost 250 g of rolled Oats with raspberries.
This freeze-dried product can be stored for up to 7 years from the date of manufacture at room temperature. To prepare, just add boiling water into the pouch, you don´t need bowls.

- 1. Open the pouch at the tear notch and remove the oxygen absorber
- 2. Carefully add 173 ml boiling water to the pouch (approximate fill line E)
- 3. Stir the contents and seal the pouch
- 4. After 8 minutes stir the meal, season to taste and enjoy
