These Scrambled Eggs with a cheese sauce is a salted breakfast of 70 g before rehydration, that is, 1 serving for 1 person. This freeze-dried meal can be used for breakfast or dinner, it has a 7-year shelf life. It´s a product made for stockpiling ready for use in an emergency situation.
This recipe is also available in the tin version and includes 8 servings, ideal for a family or a group of people. This meal of 300 g after rehydration is generous, it is packed with protein and fat that you will need in a survival situation.

How to prepare
  • 1. Open the pouch at the tear notch and remove the oxygen absorber
  • 2. Carefully add 227 ml boiling water to the pouch (approximate fill line D)
  • 3. Stir the contents and seal the pouch
