This Chana Masala was cooked with chickpeas, pumpkins and aromatic tomatoes, all enhanced with a creamy and spicy coconut sauce to bring out a very pronounced Indian taste and accompanied by white rice.
The recipe was then freeze-dried, which ensures that the flavors and textures of the food are preserved while not altering the vitamins and minerals.
This recipe is by elsewhere low in carbohydrates and fat.
