This pack is adapted to one person for a 5-day period, such as Transat, Transquadra, long travel etc...
Each day consists of one breakfast, two meals, one freeze-dried dessert and three snacks. It brings on average 2700 Kcal per day for 5 days.
The pack has a total weight of 3 kg approximately and you need a minimum of 5,6 L of water to rehydrate freeze-dried meals.
Each day is packed in a transparent zipper bag. You have to nothing to do, except take it with you !
