This is enough to make an invigorating awakening and start your day with what you need to be in shape. It can also make a good little meal at lunchtime.

This recipe is particularly appreciated during outdoor activities (hiking, travelling, camping, etc.), or by those nostalgic for Anglo-Saxon breakfasts.
