Duck lovers will be delighted with this recipe for meats in sauce. Our caterer cooked the duck legs with porcini mushrooms and a good Bordeaux sauce (with red wine, onions, carrots, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper; contains sulphite and wheat flour). This is a good basis for a successful dinner. All you have to do is accompany it with the starchy or legume of your choice.
This dish can be kept for three years after its date of manufacture at room temperature. So you can store it in your cupboard and enjoy it the day you run out of meal ideas: smart!
- Local recipe cooked by an artisan from the south of France
- 350 g of meat in sauce for 450 Kcal, a good base for a complete meal

Very correct taste and pleasant aromas...Lacks a little accompaniment (without the bread, for a big eater, it's a little too little)... (Translated review)
