Description

The favorite recipe of our Travellunch customers is also in double portions.

A delicious freeze-dried dish to share with 2, during your hike or while admiring the snowy passes.

- Accompany it with a small sweet dessert to complete the meal as an energy bar
- 250 g of sachet, for a freeze-dried meal for 2 people that is easy to carry
- Also available in a simple version, with 125 g of food before rehydration

Ingredients: Potatoes (45%), beef (10%), skimmed milk powder, vegetables in varying proportions (carrots, tomato flakes, leeks, peas), toasted onions 5.5% (onions 76%, palm fat, wheat flour), whole milk powder, butter powder, mushrooms, salt, palm fat, cream powder, lactose, whey protein, herbs, paprika, flavouring, spice extracts.

Allergens: Milk, gluten. May contain traces of celery.

Preparation: Add the boiling water directly to the bag, stir well, close the zip and let it rest. The amount of water and the resting time are indicated on the bag.

Really good: excellent surprise! I was expecting a classic shepherd's pie (beef purée) and in fact it's a bit more elaborate than that! Little hints of pepper, onions and vegetables: very nice! (Translated review)

Tavellunch recipes are often too salty (to compensate for the sodium we lose through perspiration). This parmentier is neither good nor bad... the texture is a bit lumpy, the flavors not exceptional. It's not unpleasant to eat, but it's no real pleasure either. (Translated review)
